The darkness in her eyes
Tells me she wants to speak
But the mouth below them
It is like a book
A book that cannot open
The muteness in her speech
The quiet
Her eyes scream for help
But no one listens
Is this because they can’t hear her
In her torture
Her living hell
They see her, but she walks right past
Is she scared
To speak to them
But if anyone took one moment
One simple moment
To look into her eyes
That book would…
